• Trek leaders and basecamp staff running your trek
• Forest departments and government authorities (for permits)

How long we keep it

• Booking and contact data: 7 years (Indian tax compliance)
• ID documents: deleted within 90 days of trek completion
• Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
